We didn't generally have pop in the house while we were growing up, and I've always said it was a wise choice- one I would make for myself as an adult. I don't even LIKE it that much, usually choosing milk or water as my preferred beverage.
Aside from the unhealthy sugar content and best efforts to make it "calorie-free", the carbonation is bad for your bones. I don't need no stinkin' osteoperosis! It has no nutritional value. I hereby declare my cube a soda-free zone.
Beware of marketing!
It will make you smile unwillingly!
