Act of Kindness

Random act of kindness bestowed upon me at work today. A rarity.

Someone made this pen for me. For ME. Called me up to see what kind of wood I wanted (that's what she...) and hand delivered it to me.

He carved the wood pieces, sanded, finished, whipped it up, and it works great. He said I've always been nice to him and he wanted to do something nice for me.

Well. I AM nice. Hear that haterz*?

I feel like a fairy princess :) Thanks, friend!





*PS. Sorry for saying haters with a Z. I know you spell haters with an S. Also, sorry for saying "haters"...

While I take some time to gain my footing as a Single Lady, let me point out that the new Blogger set up is quite similar in its design to MY BLOG. Seems pretty obvious who has the good ideas around here...

I call this one "Dalmatian Art". You can replicate this art by wadding up a tissue and holding a sharpie on it until it bleeds through the whole thing. Beautiful. I'm selling it for $250.

Be careful not to make a sharpie smear slug.
