Last night's relaxation was so speedy and I'm sad that tonight doesn't hold the same option. I indulged in a large glass of red wine, made myself some grilled cheese and tomato soup (with an egg for protein and green beans for healthiness). Watched a little network programming, then decided to get down to business.
As an alumni advisor for my sorority I had to give our landlords a call about some house updates they're doing. A beautiful new bathroom if you're curious. Then dishes, laundry and bathroom cleaning around my own place.
Yesterday I mentioned that I don't have cable or internet at my place. I hope you won't think I'm a pretentious hipster ("What's THAT thing?" "It's a TV, Karen"). I should clarify that despite my lack of media on the home front, I get my fill. Mike has lots of cable and records all kinds of shows for me. Sometimes he even lets me watch Teen Mom or the Kardashians. Not often, but sometimes, if I've been extra nice and he's busy :)
And yes, I DO have a sweet Samsung Envy to make calls and send texts. Jealous? You don't have to tell me, I already know you are. This sweet piece of technology allows me to Facebook to my heart's content!
Speaking of that, do you have any suggestions for the type of phone I should get when I upgrade this fall?
