Oprah

Do you follow Oprah on Twitter? I don't, but I recently went to read her tweets after a story I heard on "Wait Wait, Don't Tell Me!" Turns out, Oprah (or her people) are ridiculous, and I respect her far less than I did before I read her tweets. Whoever is writing those seems like a 14 year old, a quarter bully, a quarter out of touch with reality and half stupid as hell. 

My opinion (which you're all dying to hear)? I suggest Oprah gets off Twitter. Do you watch her network? I don't...we can blame that mostly on the fact that I don't have cable, but I think the concept of this thing is one of the most self indulgent things I've ever heard. Worse than her magazine. I know she's rich and famous, and has some good interview techniques that make people want to know more about her and her world. Do you think her network will fail? How long has it existed...a year? Oh, Op. I sort of think she doesn't know what she's doing with this one. 

But who am I? I've never watched OWN. Maybe it's extraordinary. I'm just spouting opinions and judgements because I'd rather do that than send meeting invites to co-workers.
