Leafy Fill in the Blank Friday

Friday is here again. Link up with Lauren, because she's the bomb dot com.

1.   A nervous habit I have is     clenching my jaw. I do it all the time and it's messing up my face.

2.   Something that makes me sad is   kids who aren't given the opportunity to reach their potential due to circumstances beyond their control, teachers and parents who don't care.

3.  Today I am thankful for    an upcoming respite from the cube, my sisters, who will both be home next week, and free OSU basketball tickets for tonight .

4. My favorite room in my house is    I like my breakfast area, but I don't use it often. It's not even fancy, I just like it.

5.  I can't stand    men who cheat on their wives. What the heck is your problem? You're messing up a good thing, pal!

6.  If I had an extra $100 to spend on whatever I wanted today I would    maybe go buy an OSU themed outfit for tonight. Or Christmas presents!

7.  The last person I hung out with was    my co-worker. We spent many hours last night sitting, chatting and being pretty faces at an evening event.

Isn't It Great...

...when things just work out? I started thinking last night that I've been spending so much time indoors (watching tv, admittedly) due to the wintery winter when Jake called to say he had magically procured "on the glass" tickets to the Columbus Blue Jackets game! After I put on pants, and he ditched class, we went to the game.

Hockey isn't a top priority in my sportslife, but I prefer it to lots of other sports. We made friends with the drunk guys in front of us, enemies with the family behind us (sorry for partying...) and even though the Blue Jackets lost in an overtime shoot-out, it was a great evening.
